This is a two part assessment that is assessed over the year. You are required to participate in a variety of physical activities with a consistently high level of effort and engagement during practical lessons.

You will self assess your effort and engagement in these lessons by giving yourself a NA, A, M or E. Your teacher will also be monitoring your effort and engagement every practical lesson. 

You then will need to explain the factors that influenced your participation after selected physical activities.
